Policies

At The Beauty Lounge, we go out of our way to make sure you as our guest have the highest quality experience, from the minute you enter our doors to the moment you leave. We ask that you please review our policies to ensure you understand how we operate our appointments. If you have any questions, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help!

Late Arrivals

We understand that like us, your time is valuable and you have a busy schedule, and it's possible you may find yourself running late. If this happens, we ask that you please call and let us know as soon as possible. Note, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we are able to keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service that you were originally booked for.

Cancellations

We know that at times things can come up and our schedules can change suddenly. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we will have to charge a cancellation fee that must be paid before an additional appointment can be made and we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to schedule you in again.
